چکیده

The suspension system is a vital component of car, with the aim improving stability and good road handling during vehicle movement in uneven conditions. A variety load conditions, extended operation, ongoing absorption shocks time-based deterioration internal parts can lead to defects. Faults destroy inner components that allow malfunction jeopardize safety cars. Condition inspection has now been an integral part identification defects device. This paper focuses on device status control by vibration signal analysis errors are classified using computer classification systems. test was conducted Ford EcoSport vehicle, which accelerometer mounted near system's stationary portion. In order derive data, captured used. An additional J48 decision tree algorithm used selection process classify most important features. type fault occurring from chosen features discovered Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) classifiers. MLP model provided 98% error rate 0.016 as prediction performance.

Intelligent Vibration Signal Processing for Condition Monitoring

Recent advances in pattern analysis techniques together with the advent of miniature vibration sensors and high speed data acquisition technologies provide a unique opportunity to develop and implement in-situ, beneficent, and non-intrusive condition monitoring and quality assessment methods for a broad range of rotating machineries. This invited paper provides an overview of such a framework. ...

A modern diagnostic approach for automobile systems condition monitoring

An important topic in automotive research and development is the area of active and passive safety systems. In general, it is grouped in active safety systems to prevent accidents and passive systems to reduce the impact of a crash. An example for an active system is ABS while a seat belt tensioner represents the group of passive systems. Current developments in the automotive industry try to l...

An inverse vibration problem solved by a Multilayer Perceptron NeuralNetwork∗

The damage identification problem in mechanical structures is a process of determining parameters based on numerical analysis from a comparison on measurement data and the output data from a mathematical model. It is an important research topic. The main idea behind the damage identification problem, using displacement data, is that the structural damage will manifest a changing in the displace...

Expert system development for vibration analysis in machine condition monitoring

Expert systems can be adapted for machine condition monitoring data interpretation due to the ability to identify systematic reasoning processes. As vibration analysis in condition monitoring is still generally performed by highly trained professionals, the use of expert systems would allow a greater analysis throughput as well as enabling technicians to perform routine analysis. The developmen...

General Multilayer Perceptron Demixer Scheme for Nonlinear Blind Signal Separation

A new technique is presented for instantaneous blind signal separation from nonlinear mixtures using a general neural network based demixer scheme. The nonlinear demixer model follows directly from the general mixer model. Thus in the first part of the paper we present such a general mixer model which includes the linear mixtures as a special case. In the second part we present the general fram...
